SLLIMM IPMs are highly integrated and compact power molded modules, both full-molded and of exposed-pad type, combining intelligent driving and power switching sections. These modules have been designed to drive motors from a few watts up to 5 kilowatts in applications such as home appliances, air conditioning inverters, fans, pumps, servo motors, general purpose drives and more. These intelligent power modules deliver significant efficiency gains with the latest generation of power semiconductors (TFS IGBT, Power MOSFET and Super Junction MOSFET silicon options) and the best IC technologies.
ACEPACK Power Modules allow simple, efficient and rugged industrial and automotive designs in applications ranging from industrial motor drives, 3-phase inverters for motor drives, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), photovoltaic power generation, wind power generation to traction inverters for hybrid and electric vehicles (HEV and EV) and more.
